On May 18, ANGANG Iron and Steel Zhoukou Project Phase I No. 1 blast furnace was successfully ignited, and the project entered the stage of full-line production.
As the core equipment of the project, Weihua's 4 sets 300 ton four-beam four-track ladle cranes are located in the transshipment span, converter feeding span, refining span and molten steel receiving span. They will guard the rise of a new modern steel mill with safe, reliable, intelligent and efficient services.

The same parts of four sets ladle cranes are universal, and the wheels of the casting crane itself can be interchanged, which is convenient for maintenance; the gears are designed to reduce stress concentration and have a longer life.

The design of the product railings, walking platforms, and inclined ladders conforms to ergonomics, and the boarding route is smooth; the casting crane is equipped with super-power air coolers, the driver's working environment is comfortable, and the electrical equipment has high operating reliability and long life.
Overall processing
The overall annealing and overall processing of the main hoisting frame ensure the installation accuracy of gears, bearings, motors, brakes, etc., with low noise, smoothness and no impact; the overall processing of the bridge frame ensures the accuracy of the product wheel line, and the operation is more stable.

The detachable plate hook lining makes the service life of the spreader longer.
Dual transformer mode
The transformer adopts the dual transformer mode of power transformer + auxiliary transformer.
Stator voltage regulator one use and one backup
The whole crane is equipped with a backup redundancy system. When a certain mechanism fails, the backup system can be quickly switched to ensure that the equipment does not stop and operates safely for 24 hours.
Safety projection warning
The system is equipped with a safety projection warning device, which can effectively remind ground personnel to perform safe operations when driving.
