The intelligent grab crane system in the coking industry was successfully put into operation and overcome the technical problems of "explosion-proof + poisonous gas + high-temperature water mist". The project adopts Weihua AiCrane bulk material management system. It took less than one month from on-site installation to automated operation. Currently, the site is operating stably.

The system has two sets 10t automatic explosion-proof grab bridge cranes in the say bay, which can realize the functions of laser scanning intelligent coke grabbing, fixed-point coke blind grabbing, and weighing and quantitative loading. The two cranes work together to achieve coordinated grabbing and unloading of coke in the same area without interfering with each other.
The system includes fully automatic operation mode, semi-automatic operation mode, and remote manual operation mode. 10 cameras are equipped to monitor the on-site situation in real time.
The system effectively solves the problem of unclear vision and inability to operate due to high temperature steam in the coking pool. The position and working conditions of the crane are monitored in real time through the upper computer management system, and at the same time, it avoids contact with harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide on site, improving the working environment of on-site personnel.
