Recently, the 1.2 million tons of copolymer polypropylene loop reactor was hoisted in Fuqing, Fujian. After the project is put into production, it can change the situation that my country's copolymer polypropylene relies heavily on imports.
The "big guy" weighs 1,720 tons and is composed of 16 elbows about 55 meters long and 8 large elbows of 180 degrees. Prior to this, there was no equipment of the same scale in China and abroad. This is another breakthrough of Sinochem's Tianhua Chemical Machinery and Automation Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. ("Tianhua Institute") in the field of polypropylene equipment.
In the Nanjing production base of Tianhua Institute, in the manufacturing process of the world's largest loop reactor, Weihua's bridge crane has shown its talents. Multiple customized designs have added more Chinese technology and Chinese strength to the manufacturing of this heavy equipment!
In the design phase of the Nanjing project of Tianhua Institute, Weihua Technology Center conducted many technical exchanges with customers, and conducted in-depth research on the actual production and manufacturing process of customers, taking customer needs as the first design direction. On the basis of Weihua's overhead crane, a number of customized designs of this project have been successfully applied.
Mechanical design features
▶Using Weihua's new lightweight structure design, it has the characteristics of light weight, small wheel pressure, low vehicle height, low energy consumption, smooth operation, no impact, and low noise.
▶Electronic weighing device is adopted for all driving vehicles, and the weighing accuracy is less than 3‰, which solves the problem that the sensor of the new structure crane electronic scale is difficult to install and the accuracy is difficult to control.
▶The hoisting mechanism of the trolley adopts a statically determinate force structure, and the hoisting and running drive adopts a reducer, a motor, and a brake to be fixed together, and three-point positioning.
▶Each lubrication system of the whole vehicle adopts electric centralized lubrication, and electric lubrication is carried out regularly, which saves labor costs and avoids equipment oil pollution.
Electrical design features
▶Combined with the anti-sway technology independently developed by Weihua, it realizes multi-vehicle joint lifting, precise control and stable operation.
▶Using wireless communication technology to realize multi-vehicle linkage to meet the lifting scheme of different workpieces.
▶Using an absolute encoder for positioning, using laser ranging for linkage synchronization, and achieving precise control through program algorithms.
▶Using the crane integrated management system to realize the functions of fault information alarm, historical record query, operation status analysis and so on.
